1) COMMISSION PROCESS: You can contact me via any platform, such as Telegram, for example. For the commission itself, please let me know everything you'd like as early as possible — including ideas, preferences, characters, and any other details.
I'll follow your references as best as I can, so please make sure to clearly communicate what you want early on.You’ll receive a few sketches of your idea free of charge, and after that, I’ll request payment via PayPal or bank deposit and Pix (Brazil only). You’ll be periodically updated on the progress of your commission until it’s complete. You can ask for updates any time you want.

2) CHANGES AND EDITS: Please inform me of any major changes you'd like during the sketch phase. After that, major changes will require an additional fee or may not be possible to make.
Minor changes may be made at any point in the commission process.Major changes include things like adding new characters to the scene, complex details such as wings or extra limbs, and complex background elements.

3) ADDITIONAL FEES: Complex characters, designs, or requests may require additional payment to cover the extra work involved.
I will let you know if your commission is considered complex, and if so, what the additional fee will be once you’ve described your full request.

4) USAGE OF COMMISSION: Please do not remove my signature, claim the artwork as your own, or attempt to profit from my work without prior agreement.The use of my artwork for any kind of artificial intelligence training, dataset creation, or related technologies is strictly prohibited.

5) REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: If the commission cannot be completed on my part for any reason, a full refund will be issued. I will regularly update you on the commission’s progress — use these times to let me know if anything should be changed.
If you’re unhappy with the finished art, please let me know so we can discuss possible solutions.If you’d like to cancel the commission, please do so before payment, if possible. If you decide to cancel after payment has been made, a full refund may not be possible depending on the progress of the commission. However, please contact me to discuss a fair solution for an incomplete commission.Any attempt to request a refund as part of fraudulent activity or a scam will be taken seriously.
